Cote Hill Lindum

Named after the Roman name for Lincolnshire’s county town, Lindum is a washed rind cheese with an elegant and complex depth of flavour, with savoury and meaty notes. The cheese is washed regularly with award winning and local Batemans Triple XB beer which gives it an attractive pink/orange rind.
