Cote Hill Lindum

A washed rind cheese with an elegant and complex depth of flavour, with savoury and meaty notes. The cheese is washed regularly with a local gluten free beer from F.A.B. brewery which gives it an attractive pink/ orange rind.

It is name after the Roman name for Lincoln.
