Cote Hill Snowdrop Cheese

Cote Hill Snowdrop awarded Supreme Champion at the 2024 British Cheese Awards!

A fresh cheese matured and mould ripened with geotrichum candidum, it’s soft smooth and rich, with a savoury nose.

Named in honour of Cynthia, the Davenport matriarch who started the Dairy at Cote Hill farm in the 50s, it was her favourite flower, growing and thriving across the farm, in the hedgerows and verges.
