Cote Hill Lindum Cheese
A washed rind cheese with an elegant and complex depth of flavour. The cheese is washed regularly in local gluten free Golden Fleece Beer by FAB brewery, which gives it a natural pink rind. It’s named after the old Roman name for the city of Lincoln.
Lindum Cheese can be purchased in three sizes:
- Whole Round (min 1.5kg)
- Half Size (min 0.75kg)
- Quarter Size (min 0.375kg)
